Anyone here with SGI 02 experience?

Got an O2 a couple of months ago and I can't seem to get a picture. Connector in the back is VGA, but its a sync on green signal. I've tried 5 different VGA monitors, bought a RGB splitter cable and a older RGA monitor and the best I get is 3 pink lines in a grey field.

Any ideas??
