What networking card should I buy?

I'm building my own laptop. The barebone that I've decided to go with is the MSI MS-163K (PR601) Barebone Notebook - 937-163K45-011, ([url=http://www.buy.com/prod/msi-ms-163k-pr601-barebone-notebook-core-2-duo-15-4-wxga-4gb-4gb-ddr2/q/loc/101/208656689.html][/url]). It says that it only supports the intel 5100. I want really good wireless reception, and from everywhere I've seen, the 5100 drops signal and isn't close to as good as the 5300. However, from what little information I could find, the barebone I'm looking at doesn't support the 5300. Do I need to find another barebone, is the 5100 better than what people online say it is, is there a way to get the 5300 to work on that barebone, or is there another compatible card that I can put in that barebone?
