Interesting add-ins but of limited use to most people. I'm my opinion the most glaring deficiency in outlook is that there is no easy one-click way to address an envelope from Outlook's montact manager. Micro$pend expects you to go though a 4 step mail merge process. Aladdin's Envelopes & Labels fixes that deficiency by adding a button to the contact view to print out envelopes or labels. Unlike Word, Aladdin's even let's you pick a printer and do customized return addresses.

My biggest grip with Outlook is the way it handles junkmail. Manual flagging of messages is not simply select and click Junk. You have to go through the menus (default at least) and it's just dumb that there's not a button on the toolbar or top level of the right-click menu.
