Laptop issue....

first of all ...

thanx for ur suggestion on graphic card...... i bought MSI (OC) 9500GT and upgrade RAM to 2.5GB (800MHz) ... and my rig is perfroming pretty well..

And my new problem is that ... i want to buy a new laptop.. VERY ECNOMICAL AS WELL AS GOOOOD

i search alot and end up with the two types:---

1) those which have intel atom 1.6 Ghz processor in it...(MINI SERIES, newly launched, many brands including)

2) And Compaq Presario CQ40-301TU which have Intel Celeron Dual-Core T1600, 1.66 GHz.

the prices of these two are exactly same ..

so which one will be best for all purpopse work .... my mind is on 2nd one...(it also has many other better things), but as this is my first laptop i need ur suggestion

also what will be the battery life i will get in them

also there's a choice in amd and intel hardware..... amd giving .5-6Ghz extra in processor
