I'm getting this every boot up on my new system. Is it anything I should worry about. If so, how do I go about fixing it?

Have you set the timings and FSB manually since installing the RAM? The timings should be set to 2.5-3-2-8 (Cas - Ras to Cas delay - Ras precharge - Tras) and the FSB to 200. Also, make sure that the RAM is getting 2.6 volts.
You need to hit ctrl+f1 to get into it hidden memory settings within BIOS.

As this is a dual channel memory board, you need to make sure that you have memory in the proper slots. Should be in slots 1 & 2

And the sign says "You got to have a membership card to get inside" Huh
So I got me a pen and paper And I made up my own little sign</pre><p></font color=red>

Ahh, I see. I thought it might be the timings. But I couldn't find anything for it in the bios. Didn't know they had a secret menu. Thanks.

I think they do that to keep inexperienced users from messing with settings, my guess.
