microsoft was informed since some years. If he didn't want to pay, he could have change it. But he doesn't.

so it seems that he prefers to pay than working legaly in other countries.

At least, situation doesn't change, microsoft don't pay "so much", and users are always forced to deal with.

Don't forget that we don't live in the same way. there is not right or wrong way of life, only way to join or not to.
