ok I just bought a 26in widescreen HDTV and I decided to also hook it up to my computer. On the box it says a resolution of 1366x768 or something like that but when I hooked it up bioshock would only run at 720x586 or something like that. is it because of the input I am using I am currently using S-video. Also is it normal for non HD channels to look fuzzy when sitting closer to the t.v.

Also is ther a DVI to HDMI cable that has a piece to plug into my adio outout

Thanks for all the help

Yes SD channels will look kindof crappy... because SD broadcasts are... well... kindof crappy. :)

SVideo is not able to output at the resolution you want... you'll need to connect dvi, component, or vga to get to 1366.
