wireless mic

I use teamspeak and ventrilo when I play games, and thats fine, but I play some games at work in my office. Now the problem is that I often have people entering my office, and an open speaker / mic setup is just not acceptable.
So, clearly, to be more discrete, I need a headset.
But I absolutely do not want a gamers headset, since my office is also glass, and I dont need to look like a moron with a headset.

What would be perfect is one of those wireless blue tooth mic/speaker that you see in use with cellphones or blackberries.

Problem is, Im using a slightly older laptop, and it doesn't have blue tooth. Can anyone suggest a solution?
