I'm looking for good 5.1 speakers for around $120.

My priorities (in this order) are:
Gaming
Music
DVDs

The best choice I've found so far is the Logitech THX Z-5300e.

Please let me know if there is something better in the same price range.

Thanks,
Smeagol

Is you have a budget only 120$ You may want to consider 2.1 systems, since with 5.1 you need good RMS watts speakers if you want to hear something from your rear speaker, also with the cable limitations is often difficult to install the rear speaker, but i guess it is a personnal choice. Personnaly i have a altec Lansing 5.1 kit, and i will go in 2.1 next time.

Thanks. Are there 2.1 systems that do a good job of sounding like 5.1?
I can go up to $150-$200 if I need to.

I've found nothing wrong with my Creative 5.1s. Only cost me £40 ($80) too.
