Question - Is there Such thing as a dual tuner card that actually can watch/record 2 Digital/HDTV channels simultaneously?

And 2 - Windows Media Centre 2005 - with a dual card or dual capture cards, can i easily watch one channel and record another with Media Centre like how is that done - automatically or what?
