Where do I find Freecell on Windows 7

Freecell should be in your 'games' folder under the 'start' menu. If it's not there, then that feature may not be turned on and you will have to go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off to activate it.

there a shortcut : in the search under start menu just type freecell.... it will show up  

also as a little black duck said, make sure it's activated in windows features

go into control panel and under windows features and make sure that games have been installed there.
