I would create a restore DVD set in safe mode, before the BSOD happens. Then re-install Windows to factory out of box condition with the DVD's.

50 series code. Most likely memory related. Reseat all memory sticks. Download memtest86 and run at least 3 test cycles.

Reinstalling Windows is the LAST thing one should be doing as it rarely solves the problem and almost always causes a new set of issues. 99%+ of all problems can actually be solved without reaching for the restore media.

just a tips when runing memtest using one stick/dimm at one times is recommended...

it will easier to find the error (using more than one can sometimes mask the problems/error)

edit: also try run deep / full scan of the disk (looks for bad sector)
