I have a Toshiba Satellite pro 435CDS and have to replace the memory battery. I have un-screwed all of the screws , but the bottom still will not come off so I can repalace the internal battery, please help tnx, Eric

The bottom of the notebook is probably clipped to the top with plastic clips that you'll need to break loose. (not break as in broken, break as in unseal) Generally notebooks' tops come off first, and then the motherboard is accessible. It's unusual that the bottom plastic part comes off.
