Hey everyone,
I would like a little help deciding on a new laptop for mainly WoW and internet with a little bit of activity such as movies, office apps, and games roughly equivalent in required specs to WoW. My budget is roughly $1200-$1500 USD. I prefer 17" or larger display and would prefer 1680x105 res, but that may be negotiable.

I am looking at these models:

MSI GT725-075us

HP HDX-18T (config i want is $1338 at hp.com)
intel core 2 duo P8700 2.53ghz
nvidia 9600m gt 512mb
320mb 7200rpm hdd
blu-ray dvd

Asus G71GX

The HP is the most appealing, but I'm not sure it can handle the game side of things very well.
The MSI is pretty well equipped, but darn ugly.
The Asus is a brand new release, has some darn nice quip and will need a bios update to act right.

Any thoughts? Ability to play WoW well is a must, the rest is gravy. I currently use a homebuilt desktop with intel core 2 duo e6750, ATI HD3850, 4gb ram running WoW at medium-high to high settings at roughly 60fps and would like to be able to run equivalently on a laptop. My budget is roughly $1200-$1500 USD.

I wasn't sure if this was the right forum to post this in, so if it needs to be moved, please do.

For the money, the MSI and this version of the G71GX are the best: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspag [...] 8092150740

The 9600M GT will get outpaced by either of the GPUs in the MSI and the Asus. Quite honestly, despite its lower resolution, the Asus is the best value at $1200.
