If I have more than one copy of Win 98SE, does it matter which product key is used with which disk or will any valid product key work with any disk?

No, it doesn't matter witch one as long as it is a valid Microsoft windows 98se product key

I believe OEM, upgrade, and full discs use different keys, but you will know if you used the wrong one as soon as you enter the number!
