1. If I tried to turn it with the battery full charge it does not turn on
2. When I connect the DC adapter to the laptop with the full charge battery inserted the green light on the DC adapter just goes off and it does not turn on too.
When I took the DC adapter out, the green light remains off and does not turn on again.
I need to play with the DC adapter for the green light comes on again.
Does the notebook power on correctly on battery? I think your adapter is faulty or has a bad connection. Do you have a multimeter you can test it with?
The notebook does not power on battery either, even when the battery is full charged. Yes it could be a faulty adapter. But did your notice that the green light on the AC adapter stays on only until I connect it to the laptop. Then it goes off. If I want it to light again, I need to unplug from laptop and kind playing with it until it gets on again. If I reconnect it goes off again.
Somebody told me that I could have to change the power button because it is worn out or change the power jack inside the notebook.
What do you think?

I've never encountered a worn out power button, and I've notebooks that are 15 years old.
The fact that you have to "kind of play with it" leads me to believe you have faulty wiring in the PSU that may be shorting the supply out, and shutting it down. A multimeter should confirm/deny this. It could very well be the jack on the motherboard - check to see if it is loose. Make sure that the jack (and the connector on the end of the PSU) are undamaged and don't have debris inside of them.
The fact that your PC won't boot off of battery may also suggest your motherboard is damaged.
