Lcd 75 hz refresh rate?

I just bought a Hanns G lcd from newegg. I know most lcds run at 60hz refresh rate but mine supports 75 hz. Will i hurt the screen in the long run if i use the 75 hz rate? thanks guys.

If the monitor supports it i dont see any problem with it.
Theres a few that can like the ..ACER AL1517B,LG1750SQ-BN, LG 17,Dell E193FP Black 19,Prestigio P198 19, etc
