I know this is probably a stupid question.

I jumped into the HDTV market to soon. I have a n HDTV that does 1080i but only has composite ports :(

I bought a Pioneer DVD player that Upscales to 1080i but only on HDMI

Would this work?

HDMI to DVI adapter, then DVI to Composite so i can get 1080i

PLZ HELP

It looks like you will have problems going to composite because composite only supports 480 lines. Component (red green blue) may not work that way.
