hey how is the heatsink attached to this computer???? because i cant find how to take it out... can you guys help me please??? i will appreciate it :D

please help me this is really important cuz that's how im gonna ear $75 bucks just to change the processor of that machine and i cant find where are the things that hold that heat sink and that dude bought a new heatsink so that's why!
