I recently received the new Nanovision MiMo UM-740 7" display. It is a USB powered DisplayLink unit. It has a webcam, touchscreen, WXGA and a mic. Very cool little device. I posted a review at:

I agree. A very cool reviewed product from an actual user. This is something i want for case modding into front of pc case.. .And being usb 2 powered is great!!
