I have a WD-57732 that will turn on, you can hear audio, no picture - then turns off after about 30 seconds. I have read threads on the "Airflow" message issue - never got that. I realize the lamp is probably dead (though never got the lamp warning light) but I thought I saw a thread where the actual issue was with the power supply (just can't find the thread anymore). Based on all the threads I have read seems to be a big problem with Mitsubishi DLPs.

Any ideas?

Open the light compartment cover from the back and remove the light assembly, check if is infact the light bulb is dead.

DLP unit uses brighter and higher bulb wattages also means more heat and less life unlike the old one rear projection units.
