I've things which I want to connect to my PC

Hello,
I'm not english or american but french and serbe, so my english isn't maybe so good, so if I look to much like "answer me and goodbye without saying tanks", that's because of that,
I've come here 'cose I've heard that answer are really very good(I'm one some french forum, that's really bad on them)

I've a Marshall for electric guitar(a big one) and an other big SW,
I have a PC with a normal sound card,
I want to connect those 2 thing(for the Marshall, I don't know if I can, that's why I'm asking), and I need a suffisant sound system to anime parties(30persones, nothing so big)(not for one party but for more, and than for the house, so I want to buy it),

I've thing something like buying:

Terratec Aureon 7.1 FireWire ( http://i.frazpc.pl/pliki/2002/auto [...] 563303.jpg )
+ Pioneer S-V24-QL ( http://www.digitalstreet.nl/images [...] V24-QL.jpg )
and connect my 2 thing like normal speaker (if there is a programme to do them like SW, it's better)

Or

Creative Inspire T7900 7.1 ( http://www.hardvision.ru/img/full_view.jpg ) and put of 2 speacker to put my two.


PS:
My Marshall has juste a "big sound jack", and that's for guitar usualy, I've heard that, 'cause it work with some "lights", it's bad to use everyday just for music, so just to can use it on party,
My SW have just cable(no jack)

I do not no lot of music system 'cause I usualy use my parents and friends things, but in general, all what's about wire, I'm have bases, so if I have to creat jacks or cable, it's ok,

I'm ready to use 400€, not more, (less is better)(i'm in swiss, so it may cost more than in US; maybe not...)
