I'm building a new system and I'm wondering if the EVGA 8800GTS video card will be enough to handle the high, native resolution of the Dell 24" Widescreen. If not, would you recommend a different lcd monitor for gaming, or should I maybe consider upgrading to the 8800GTX? Thanks.

But it also depends on the game and the settings. If you are going to play really demanding games like Oblivion, then the 8800GTX would be recommended. Actually, you might need two 8800GTXs.
I suppose Bioshock would be another very demanding game that would need the 8800GTX to play at native resolution and high quality graphics.

Actually, from what I've seen Bioshock doesn't require as much as some other games; it seems very optimized. Anyway, you may want to consider waiting if it is possible as the refresh of cards for Nvidia (and I think ATI) will be coming out in November. If you can't wait, I think the GTS should perform quite well.
