How to clear recent files from 'run'
Last response: in Windows 7
When i start run and type any drive letter e.g: D, then all the recently opened items from that drive are listed. How do I clear this list?
The exact problem is described in this thread as well and I've tried the solution mentioned here:

But this only prevents new items from being added to the list. It does not remove the items already in the list. Help please!!
