A 9600 is an underclocked 9600 Pro (with slower RAM). A 9600 LE is a 9600 with 1/2 the memory bandwidth (using a 64-bit rather than 128-bit pathway). It's a sucker card. Stay away from LE.

If you can find a 128-bit 9550 for a similar price, you have a better card. Beware that there are 64-bit versions of the 9550 too.

9600XT is a nice card, but I wouldn't get it from TigerDirect, heck, they don't even list the specifications.

is there a real diffrence between 128mb ??and 256mb??
if it worth the +25$ i will

The only current game I can think of that would show a reasonably large benefit (ie, worth the extra $21) from having 256MB would be Doom 3.
