Twitter for facebook keep getting the connection was reset

Hi, was trying to set up Twitter for Facebook on the Applications page of Twitter under Settings. When I click the link, it just keeps trying to load and then the "connection was reset" message comes up. Know how I might fix this? I have a Samsung X360 laptop, btw - but this site wouldn't let me submit a question, unless I picked a category and sub-category and there was no Samsung choice etc. Thanks for your help!
