hi,

a friend of mine got the nano 3rd generation 2 weeks ago and now
when she tries to listen to music it just stays at 0:00. something
is clearlò worng but can you fix it without bringing it back to the store
(espacially now since it takes 2-3weeks to get back at this time of
year), such as something like some "fix programms" under itunes
or on the ipod itself.

if she can avoid having to send it in, it woudl, be real cool.
please i need an answer soon.

thx
