hi there; i was wondering can i download system32 file ntoskrnl exe to a cd free to start up another pc as it keeps displaying the file is missing or corrupt. thank you

Copy it from your computer. But that error tends to mean there is a hard-drive issue of some sort. You may be better off bying a new drive and installing a clean setup of Windows.
