All of the DDR2 Intel server boards supporting registered memory are DDR-400.

1. Are there any DDR2-533 REGISTERED server boards in production?

Possibly Asus, Abit.. or other?

2. Can anyone verify: Will a DDR2-533 Registered module work in a motherboard with a chipset supporting DDR2-400 REG ?

Yes the memory should be backwards compatible.

No, haven't seen any boards that support it yet.

And even more specifically, don't even see companys selling it yet. So not really sure why it'd be an issue.
