After changing the old mouse with an Optical Wheel mouse (Samsung - Anyzen,
model name: SMOP1310) the mouse pointer frequently moves to the system tray
or start button without human intervention.Any solution?

Thanks for any replies.

Perhaps turn off\uncheck "Enhance pointer precision" in
"Mouse","Properties", "pointer Options"
