How to set a default email program windows 7

I need help with knowing how to set up a email program for window 7

Just google and install the Email program you want, there are many - Thunderbird,Outlook etc etc. Then It also depends on what email you are actually hosted on. Their site should have a support/help webpage that will guide you through popular email applications. If it is work email ask the IT Administrator.

Oh and you can set the default windows email application @ Click start , then on right look for "Default Programs" -> "Set my default programs".
