I have this monitor, it supports 75hz in digital mode, and I want to run 75hz.

Yes I am well aware that it will not reduce flicker, like on an CRT.
I know it works, because I did so in XP easily.

I just want V-sync ingame to cap higher because it runs smoother in XP, than stuck to 60.

You need to connect it via D-Sub to have 75Hz at native.
