Should I bother upgrading?

I currently have a Sound Blaster Live! card, which I bought years ago. I have no clue which kind it is. Recently I bought some new 2.1 speakers from Logitech, the Z-2300s. They sound great, but I am wondering if I should upgrade my old soundcard to a new one. I've been looking at the Audigy 2 Value or maybe the Audigy 2 ZS. Would it make a large enough difference with my new speakers to warrent the upgrade? I use the speakers for music, gaming, pretty much everything. Thanks for your help!

You would see a difference if you had a surround system like 4.1, 5.1, 7.1 but with a 2.1 system your current card should be fine.
