I know there has to be a diagram for the external connector but I cannot find it. I refuse to believe I need to buy a different card, or the breakout box to hook up my case's headphone and microphone jack.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what each of the pins on the X-FI ExtremeGamer Fatality card are. I just need to know which ones to use to hook my stuff to so I can just use my case headphone and mic jacks.

Check the manual for the card, most manuals will tell you how to hook up the case wires. On some cards there are colored pieces of plastic surrounding the pins and the colors correspond to the one on the rear of the car, .e.g., green - main speakers out. Also check the manual because on a lot of cards you have to disable the rear ports to use the case ports
