Ever since I can remember, I've always been experiancing video noise, whenever I watch a movie on my computer. On all monitors, but if I play the movie from a normal DVD-player it's clear. What am I doing wrong?

Poor video card is one of many problems. cable wirings, drivers and converter. DVD Player software is one of them too.

Try the new Corel WinDVD plus and enable the All2HD this feature however required a more powerful video card and cpu so check the requirements otherwise you won't be able to enable it.
