I need to install a default mail for the caravan club how do I do this

Install Windows Live Mail.

Or better yet, get Mozilla Thunderbird. It's free like Windows Live Mail, but I feel it's a better program all around and it's constantly being upgraded and getting better features added. It also can be enhanced with plug-ins and themes making it a really robust application.
