Home Media Server with HDMI Connectivity

I like the concept of HP's MediaSmart Home Server. However, is there an affordable system I can purchase which will all me to have the same features plus connectivity to to my Sharp LCD via HDMI? Ideally, I would also like to use my TV as a monitor to do things like surf the web and watch videos. Any thought or suggestions you have would be much appreciated. Sincerely - Kashif

Kashif - or who can help ! Did you get anywhere with the question above regarding the HP media centre but would like ability to link wireless laptop to tv to view Internet or what ever is on my screen - I want one device that does the whole job !
