SATA

Just a quick question. Currently I've got 2 barracuda 60's and a 120 all on IDE. Been doing a spot of light reading about SATA and was considering getting 2 WD 80's SATA and striping them. Play games, rip stuff, just the usual really. Are they faster? Any benefits? Pro's/cons etc.?

[Crashman]

A Level 0 array (striping) is a little faster than a single drive, but you don't normally see that performance in applications.
