So i have not been using my Laptop for the past year because the 7900 GO video card in it has gone bad. The card can be replaced and taken out but i was wondering what would be the best way to buy one?

I see tons of video cards on EBAY but they are very expensive, Would Dell do anything about this? or did i pay 1400$ for a piece of metal to stare at
