Hi All,

I am looking for a HDD based player capable of outputting in 720p (minimum). I know there are lots of these, but I want it connected to my home network for easy file transfer. So really I want a NAS, which can also play media files (divx/xvid and the usual formats)

The trouble is, of the ones I have seen (such as those in the Sumvision/Cyclone range) do not allow the usual NAS features, such as creating an SMB share on the media player so I can access it from my laptop and NOT using the media Player to navigate my network to copy files TO the players internal Hard Drive.

I know this may seem like I'm being very picky(!) but there are lots of devices which do SOME of these features but not all of them.

To recap:
- HDD Based
- Networkable
- Ability to create SMB shares for easy access
- Can handle DIVX/XVID files
- Can output in 720p minimum (1080i or 1080p if possible)
- HDMI connectivity (not essential but preferred)

Can anyone recommend anything which fulfils all of these requirements?
