This may be in the wrong section so if a mod wants to move it.....

So to my Q.

I've had the Miglia Directors cut 'Power R D-10', an analog to DV converter, for several years and I'm now in the position of it not working on my G5 mac any more. A firmware chip sold by miglia isn't comp with this D-10 unit so I'm wondering if any one out there has one and got it to work or can point me to any kind of resource. Hack or reflash firmware et al...
