...buy a real monitor for my new gaming rig. Here's the problem:
I LOVE 1680x1050 display crammed into just 15.4". Everything looks ridiculously crisp. Now that I want to move to a desktop with an LCD monitor, the most sensical choice is a 22" LCD.
The problem? All the pixels are going to be bigger because it's the same amount of pixels in a MUCH larger area. So I'm wanting to get a 20" LCD at 1680 so the difference isnt as huge. Is this a smart idea? I do mainly gaming and I've never actually gamed on a 22" lcd at that res, but I can't imagine it would be as crystal sharp as my 15.4.
Valid concern or no?
