I recently bough a Lightscribe HP dvd1040 dvd/cd writer, however nero doesnt pick it up.

it seems to be fine in winXP, it reads cds fine. However, nero deosnt seem to know it exists. Is there are self registering process i need to perform?

any insight would be helpful
