I was wondering what do you guys think of the Samsung 2232gw and the acer ACAp241wbd. I want a 24". I've seen these monitors at a electronics store but I want to know your opinions. The only thing I don't like about these monitors they give off glare and I don't like that. If you guys got other suggestions for a good 24" plz let me know. I'm going to use the monitor for gaming, watching movies and among other things as well.

I got the Acer X241W based on good specs and price ($299 after rebate) at MicroCenter a couple months ago. Minor issue with power draw, but after changing outlets have not had any problems. OfficeMax has a Soyo on sale for $299, same basic one that Fry's has for $349. That said, I just ordered the Sceptre from Costco that has a 4000:1 contrast ratio, 2ms, and FullHD 1080p (w/HDMI/DVI/VGA inputs) and $349 after $20 rebate. HDMI not listed but is shown on larger picture.

What's your budget for a 24" LCD monitor. Crappy ones sell for less than $550 (more or less). But that's just my opinion.
