X-FI Xtreme PCI-Express Front Panel Connecting Problem :S

Hey Everyone, this is my first post so be kind

I'm having problems setting up my Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio PCI-Express (OEM version) to my front panel. The front panel is broken down into individual pins, which are:

MIC-IN
MIC VCC
GROUND
EAR R
EAR L
RETURN L
RETURN R

I have looked at the manual but can't work out where the pins are started numbering (only 9 of them) and where to plug my female pins in from my front panel.

The pins are arranged like this:
