What's the best Blu-ray player that gives you the most bang for your buck for a 34" HDTV?

All have dropped in price, except the PS3. Most reviews I've read indicate all are pretty equal, but Samsungs have had some audio issues, although they have new models out that may have solved them. If they're all around $299, go Sony or Panasonic, as they consistently make good stuff.
