I have a Dell laptop that has had a ton of problems. It is still under warranty and Dell has fixed it numerous times but it still seems to have problems. Dell is asking me to send it in for repair yet again now. I want to get it replaced instead of repaired but they refuse to. Any tips on what I can do to get Dell to replace my computer? What symptoms usually result in a replacement and how can I create them?

if its the same problem over and over try researching the dell lemon policy. you may be able to either get your money back or get a new computer
