Uhh ... Are you saying that you get a mild shock when you touch your computer case while it is running? If that is the case, you may have some serious ps issues ...

What and when exactly are you touching to get the 'funny shock'?

I change the PS and the DVI cable to my 32" screen seems to be the reason of these funny shocks..

I realize that when I remove the DVI cable, the shocks disappears!!

Wow, that is a weird issue ... when you touch your DVI cable and computer case, you get a mild shock?

What part of the cable are you touching? The connector? Which one, the monitor side when it's connected to the case, or vice versa? Or the insulated portion?

Please note that I am not advising you to replicate the 'shocking conditions', lol. Just from memory : )
