I'm not sure if this can be done if you want to preserve the editable file with all of your independent tracks still separated. You could output it as a finished audio file (mp3 or AAC), then import into Pro Tools, but it will come in as one track.

If you figure out how to do a clean import into Pro Tools preserving all of your tracks, please post a link here too. I'd like to know.
