How to change from 64 bit to 32 bit in windows7 on laptop

I dont know if this is what I need to do I cant play games are watch videos having promblems with flash.thank you.

Switching to 32 bit might not help. Laptops are generally not built for gaming unless it's specifically a gaming laptop.

With flash, are you launching the 64-bit version of IE? If so, then you need to launch the 32-bit version instead. There is no 64-bit flash right now. The 64-bit version of IE says 64-bit next to the name. The 32-bit version icon will just say Internet Explorer. That's the one you want to launch.

If you're experiencing problems with the 32-bit version, then sounds like your video drivers are not up-to-date.

A posting of your system specs would help.
